Kampüste -Week 5: Customer Relationships

This week we focused on our initiative's customer relationships.

We had 31 interviews with preparation year students. We communicated with people through e-mail. We shared our announcement in Whatsapp Groups, 100. Yıl Evleri Group, ODTÜ 2nd Hand Sales Group and ODTÜLÜ'den. 53 Turkish students wanted to utilize the opportunity for improving English. Besides, 12 foreign students wanted to help us and learn about Turkish culture better.

We talked about the customer relationships funnel.

We talked about our Minimum Viable Product. We prepared two banners: One is for Turkish students, other one is for foreign students. We hanged them to IIBF A&B building to capture attention of people.

These are the people we contacted through kampusteapp@gmail.com. They wanted to utilize from ''Practice English'' feature of Kampüste. Also, you can see the valuable comments below.

We already found one volunteer student to make an application, which made us very happy. Even though we do not have an application right now, people tried to download it or sign-up. We saw that there is a huge demand for practicing English and they found our initiative super cool.
